A Little About Flannel & Our Leading Strategic Consultant

Del Chittim from Flannel Solutions

Hi, I’m Del. I believe non-profit organizations and social enterprises are critical to transforming our world, but the changemakers who lead these organizations face intense challenges unique to the charitable arena. On top of the normal issues of organizational management and revenue generation that every business faces, they carry the extra burden of producing an impact by combatting the globe’s most weighty issues.

That’s a lot.

These brave leaders need an advisor, ally, and guide to come alongside them to counsel, confront, and coach them into performing at their absolute best. Flannel Solutions was formed to do just that.

I served as a CEO, COO, CFO, Chief Impact Officer, and Chief of Programs for over 30 years across the sector from Universities to Global Development. Leading teams as large as 450 and budgets up to $63 million, I’ve navigated a few large organizations through dramatic turnarounds as well as grown several start-up organizations from early stage up to $7 million in annual revenue.

Having coached over 1,000 leaders and over 400 organizations across 25 countries, there are very few obstacles I haven’t seen, and helping guide others around their hurdles saves them time, and money, and accelerates greater impact and revenue. Helping you achieve greater impact is what I am in this for.

If you are a leader and changemaker transforming our world, I’d love to be that ally you need to help transform you and your organization while you change the world.

About Del
