Our process is unique, drawing from exercises and tools that have worked, and worked well before. We’ll help you gather the perspective that often escapes us in the busyness of running an organization, and we’ll use that perspective to form insights that inform objectives and plans.

Process
For us, planning is not an event, it is a process. But that doesn’t mean we are going to drag things out. We’ll jump-start your plan by facilitating a 2-day retreat with your key stakeholders where we will work through 15-20 exercises selected specifically for your team. The outcome is not some complex manual but a one-page dashboard that you can immediately start using to steer your organization toward results.
While your plan will have 3 to 5-year targets, those will be broken down into 90-day goals. It is ideal to have us facilitate a 2-3 hour refresh of your plan every 90-120 days to keep you chugging along toward your targets. We’ll update your dashboard, set new 90-day targets and deliverables, and work through performance gaps so you stay focused and effective. The best part? You get to stay focused on your mission while we make sure you have the systems and tools to create impact.
